Welcome!

Be sure to choose a NACHI home inspector. Anyone else is just looking around!

Everyone knows that home ownership is the American Dream. That dream can quickly become a nightmare, however, for uninformed buyers. Even newly constructed homes can harbor costly mistakes - mistakes that may not be visible to the untrained eye.

Your home is a major investment. Whether you intend to stay in it forever or plan to move someday, chances are good that you will spend the next several years in your new home. Why not take the time up front to get a quality home inspection for your new purchase, to ensure you won't come across any unexpected surprises down the road?

A home inspection is designed to give you peace of mind during the process of buying a home.  I will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions.  This will include a written report, digital photographs and answers to questions you may have on the inspection itself.

The home inspection should not be a scary process. Many of the items that are typical of an inspection are minor and cosmetic.  It is important, however, to be assured that there are no minor defects or conditions that may lead to major defects.  Also, I view the home from a Safety perspective and will look at existing as well as potential hazards.

Most Sellers are honest people and are often surprised of issues arising from an inspection.  Remember too, no home is perfect!  It will be important to keep things in perspective.  Many items can be resolved quickly and inexpensively by qualified local contractors.

My commitment to you is that you will recieve a professional and informative inspection that will meet or exceed your expectations.

I can provide you with the professional home inspection you deserve, in any of the following areas:

  • Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Genesee and Wayne counties.
  • Other locations in Michigan per request.

Only NACHI-certified home inspectors have the education and experience it takes to ensure that you will receive a professional and thorough home inspection. Click here to read more about NACHI certification requirements.
